UCET Student Showcase Information: UCET is looking for teachers and/or students to present a Student Showcase at our UCET 2012 Conference. What is a student showcase? Some ideas for a student showcase would be Apps for the iPad, How Students are Using Netbooks/iPads/Tablets in the Classroom, Favorite Sites to use in the Classroom, projects that students have created using technology in the classroom, etc. It will be for one hour on Friday, March 2nd, from 10:45-11:45am. Teachers can showcase themselves or have two students with them. The conference lasts the whole day on Friday, March 2nd, and the morning of Saturday, March 3rd.
Student Showcase (Poster) Session Specifics:
The student showcase (poster session) will last one hour.
The teacher may attend the conference for FREE for participating in the poster session.
A table and internet access will be provided for student presenters. If you desire to use a computer, please bring a fully-charged laptop computer.
When you sign up, there will be a spot on the form on extras you may need for your student showcase. (projector, SMART board, etc.)
