del.icio.us is an online bookmarking service and is a very good one at that. It takes a bookmarking a step further though in two very important ways. One-it uses RSS so that others can subscribe to your bookmark feed. Two-it allows you to tag (categorize) your bookmarks. It will then tie your bookmarks to others that have used the same tags.
Schools could set up a del.icio.us feed for students to use. There could be tags used for each grade level and also subjects. |
