Technology Integration Activities/Strategies to Support CSIP

Develop information literacy using electronic resources that support content in the classroom and strengthen student understanding.

Student success often depends on an ability to gather information, evaluate that information, make meaning from it and share the information in another format. School media centers, computer labs, and classroom computers can be used by students in the process of gathering and evaluating information. Electronic resources can be used to teach students these skills while gaining information in content areas. There are excellent online resources to facilitate the instruction of information literacy.
